All NC State employees are invited to join the LEAD Monthly Challenge program, which offers fun and engaging ways to help you and your team take the LEAD. Check back each month for new challenges and rewards!
Complete the three challenges below before the end of the month to be eligible for Challenge Rewards. All challenges must be completed by April 30, 2022 for reward eligibility.
Attend ONE (1) LEAD course or LEAD Learning Event
Complete ANY LEAD course or event offered during the month of April. Refer to the full list of available offerings on the LEAD Course List.
Please Note: Participants must register for the required courses in REPORTER and receive successful course completion credit to become eligible for LEAD Monthly Challenge rewards. To view the full listing of LEAD Learning Events, search “Learning Event” in REPORTER.
Complete ANY LinkedIn Learning online courses & learning activity
Complete ANY LinkedIn Learning course (minimum of 1 hour) while logged in with your Unity ID.

Please Note: Successful completion of this online course will produce a Proof of Completion certificate that must be submitted in the Monthly Challenge feedback survey form. Refer to the LEAD survey form linked in “Challenge Part 3” for more information about submitting the certificate.

Complete the April 2022 LEAD Challenge survey while logged in with your NC State email address.
Complete ALL of the challenges above before the end of the month to receive:
- Entry into a drawing for a March Madness Surprise Pack!
- Your name featured below as a LEAD Champion for March 2022.
