SHRA Performance Appraisal Program Training

NC State University implemented the new SHRA Performance Appraisal Program effective April 1, 2017, beginning with the 2017-2018 performance appraisal cycle. Please note that training is mandatory for Supervisors of SHRA employees.

The Employee Relations team has been partnering with College and Division Human Resources Representatives to present Supervisor training sessions within the colleges and divisions.  In addition, the Employee Relations team has been offering campus-wide sessions, which are open to all Supervisors.  Given the popularity of the campus-wide sessions, we have added three additional SHRA Performance Appraisal Program Supervisor Training sessions, as outlined below.

Registration for these campus-wide sessions will be processed through the new online registration system, REPORTER. Supervisors interested in enrolling in one of these training sessions should click below on the link corresponding to the session they are interested in enrolling and complete the registration via REPORTER.

Registration will be processed through the new online registration system, REPORTER.

To view upcoming training in REPORTER, go to and log in. Once you have logged in select the Course Catalog link from the left-side menu. Enter in Course Prefix ‘HR-47’ and select the red Search button.

If there are instances available, you can enroll, otherwise, select Add to Watchlist to be notified when a new instance is available.
