Whether you’re a supervisor, a team leader, or a project manager, your role is to achieve goals with and through the efforts of team members. How can you enable individual team members to practice accountability and consistently meet or exceed expectations? During this interactive workshop, you will practice a straightforward, proven process for planning and facilitating constructive dialogue in order to improve and sustain performance. You’ll learn how to:

  • collaboratively establish effective performance goals
  • clarify mutual expectations
  • identify and resolve current and potential performance roadblocks;
  • build (or rebuild) commitment to achieving successful results; and

foster ongoing accountability for sustaining successful performance.
