Communication is vital for team success, especially in this fast paced, ever changing, technology driven environment known as the workplace. This session is focused on the communication challenges people constantly face on the job and strategies for adapting to various situations and people. Through experiential team building activities, participants gain useful insights of social styles and communication patterns and how to engage them to achieve results and improve team dynamics.
