Strategy Development

Whether the objective is to develop a short-term action plan or a long-term strategic plan, L&OD will partner to customize the best approach.  By understanding key components of the work environment (i.e., strategic intent, resources, processes, organization design, and culture) we can focus on how to achieve improved business results.

Audience and costs (where appropriate) associated with each depend on the nature and scope of the project.  A Statement of Work (SOW) is offered after initial consultation for each request that includes recommendations and pricing for work/services delivered.

Strategic Planning

A strategic plan is a road map, leading a group or organization to where it would like to be in five or ten years.  It is a systematic process of envisioning a desired future, and translating this vision into broadly defined goals or objectives and a sequence of steps to achieve them.  It helps to clarify the strategic purpose, team values, goals, and action items to help move the team or organization forward during team sessions.

Change Management

Change management is a set of ideas, strategies, and skills that can be applied to engage change effectively.  We collaborate with leaders and teams to design, develop, and deliver a change management and leadership plan to respond to external or internal changes impacting the team or organization.

Talent Management & Workforce Planning

Talent Management focuses on the role of leaders in developing the workforce to assume future roles and assignments determined by Institute needs.

Learning & Organizational Development helps facilitate talent management processes with leaders or management teams, at all levels, focusing on talent within or across departments. L&OD works with these teams to articulate organizational needs, evaluate bench strength, and identify development activities.

Small & Large Group Facilitation

Facilitation services are available for large or small group meetings to guide a group through their agenda, ensure active participation, and work through challenging topics.
