LEAD Certificates are self-directed learning experiences offered to all NC State Employees who lead at all levels. The requirements of each LEAD Certificate include combinations of LEAD Learning Events, eLearning courses, instructor-led LEAD webinars and more.

LEAD Learning Events are opportunities to learn, refresh or share skills that help you grow as a professional. Participate in discussions about common workplace issues, explore ideas and professional best practices, and brainstorm new solutions in an open, informal learning environment.
LEAD Learning Events are open to all NC State Employees and typically last one hour.
