Leadership Education And Development
“Don't chase success. Decide to get better every day, do great work, and success will find you.”
– Jon Gordon
LEAD Courses are separated into multiple focus areas designed to support your career goals and achieve your true leadership potential. Explore the list of REPORTER courses below to learn more about the available LEAD courses.
Beginning Aug. 1, 2024, L&OD will transition back to charging for most — but not all — LEAD courses. L&OD began waiving most course fees in 2020 in support of the NC State community during the COVID-19 pandemic. The collection of fees for LEAD courses allows L&OD to cover the cost of course materials and develop new and exciting learning opportunities for you. We’ll keep you informed about this change as more information becomes available.
Thank you for understanding why we must institute this change and for your continued involvement and support. If you have any questions please contact learnwithlod@ncsu.edu.
LEAD Courses are available to all NC State Employees. For more information about current LEAD Learning Events and LEAD Certificate Programs, refer to the LEAD Professional Learning page.
Please Note: Participants are expected to attend no less than 75% of the scheduled course session to receive course completion credit.
